Initial Exam
Description
The initial appointment starts with reviewing your present and previous health history. Following that, a comprehensive assessment is conducted, including tests for range of motion, muscle strength, neurological function, and orthopedic testing. Subsequently, the report of finding are discussed, and the condition is explained in detail, with a personalized care plan proposed. Finally, if deemed necessary, treatment will be initiated.
